Family Liason Project
The mission of the Family Liason Project (FLP) is to build an active network of support to nurture and sustain families of children with disabilites through life's transitions. The FLP encourages families to look at the future of their children emerging as productive adults living independently. The Family Liason Project is location at Johnson Middle School 2155 Croton Road, Melbourne, Florida 32935.
