Important Changes and Information for All Dual Enrollment Students

Starting in October 2023 dual enrollment students will no longer upload printed and signed course registration forms to the EFSC Student Document Dropbox. A NEW process will be implemented for Spring 2024 registration in which students will be guided through online self-registration with the assistance of an EFSC advisor and Astronaut High School counselor.

Students and parents need to know the new dates and procedures. Please note- there is NO flexibility on deadline dates. EFSC DEADLINES ARE HARD DEADLINES!

• Monday, October 9: Spring Schedule is live on EFSC website to browse

• Monday, October 9: NEW Dual Enrollment student online application deadline (& have eligible test scores)

• Thursday, October 19: NEW Dual Enrollment student admissions deadline (All holds must be submitted/completed)

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 25:    AHS Registration Day for Early College and Early Admissions students (plus students with 42+ college credits)

• Registration will be all day in room 240 by appointment with Mrs. Gordon and Ms. Haun.

• Students will only have 1 attempt to register for Spring Classes and then they will be locked into the schedule until Add/Drop window.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 8:  AHS Registration Day for Dual Enrollment students

• Registration will be all day in room 240 by appointment with Mrs. Gordon and Ms. Haun.

• Students will only have 1 attempt to register for Spring Classes and then they will be locked into the registered schedule until Add/Drop window.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 8:  EFSC Titusville Campus Spring Registration Lab 4-6pm, Bldg 5, Room 152

• Students who miss registration days at AHS may choose to attend this registration at EFSC, BUT they must have an enrollment planning sheet with an AHS counselor's signature to register.

  
  

• Friday, November 17:  Last Day for Spring Dual Enrollment Self-Registration

• Monday, December 4 - Thursday December 14: Add/Drop Window

• Thursday, December 14:  Last Day for Spring Schedule changes for ALL dual enrollment students

HOW TO PREPARE FOR EFSC SPRING 2024 NEW Registration:

1. Review the EFSC Spring Course Selection.

2. Discuss courses you wish to take with your parent/guardian.

3. Complete EFSC Enrollment Planning Sheet (highly recommended, required if attending registration day at AHS)

4. Ask your counselor any questions you may have during Astrohour.
