Greetings, Indialantic Eagle Families and our school community!  Indialantic Elementary School, a Florida School of Excellence, continues to thrive and provide quality education for our Kindergarten through Sixth Grade Students.  My focus as the principal at IES is to ensure a safe learning environment, collaboration between teachers, staff, parents, and community members to serve each student with excellence as the standard!

I have been part of Brevard Public Schools for the majority of my career, starting as a kindergarten teacher.  I moved to the Assistant Principal and Principal position at Ocean Breeze Elementary School, and then served as principal at Hoover Middle School.  I had the opportunity to work overseas with school and district leadership in Abu Dhabi as an Area Superintendent for two years in professional development.  I moved back to Florida and taught aspiring school leaders in the USF Educational Leadership Graduate Program.  I returned to the K-12 schools at Manatee and Indian River County, serving as Principal, Director of Educator Quality, and Executive Director of Secondary Schools.  In every role I have held in education, I have put students first and collaborated with teachers and staff to develop a cohesive team ready to accomplish our goals.

It is truly an honor to be part of the Indialantic Elementary School community, and a pleasure to work with amazing students, dedicated professionals, supportive and committed parents and a district, Brevard Public Schools, which focuses on success for all students.
