Important Information

Coverage Effective dates: If a student participates in FHSAA school sports or tackle football, coverage for FHSAA practices and the FHSAA season will begin on the first day of FHSAA designated sports practices, beginning on 8/1/2022 or at 11:59 P.M. (EST.) on the date the premium is paid or received by School Insurance of Florida's agency office, whichever is the later date.  Or if the student does not participate in sports, the coverage will begin on the first day of school.  If a student enrolls late, the coverage will begin on the date paid, at 11:59PM. The School Time Plan will terminate on the last day of school in May or June 2023, as scheduled by your school district. The 24 Hour Plans will become effective on the first day of school or for late enrollments the date paid at 11:59 PM.  The 24-Hour Plans will terminate on the last day of summer or 8/10/2023 whichever is first.  All Policy terms apply.
