The Criminal Justice Academy at RHS is designed to give students an inside look at the world of Law Enforcement, Investigations, Private Security and many other law related fields. Students in this academy will get the unique experience of working with actual law enforcement training materials and law enforcement professionals, all delivered by a state of Florida Certified Law Instructor.  Students follow the Department of Education’s Career pathway for Criminal Justice Operations but are also exposed to the Public Service Aid curriculum which could allow students the opportunity to take the PSA state certification test at the end of their 4 years. All students take the National Occupational Competency Testing Institute (NOCTI) Criminal Justice Test at the end of the program, which is nationally recognized industry certification test. This dynamic and hands on academy is open to all students of all levels who are motivated and interested in this high-paced community service oriented field.
