At the October 22, 2024 School Board meeting, the Board reviewed one potential attendance boundary change as an information item.

Eau Gallie High School to Viera High School

The intent of the proposal is to amend the school attendance boundary to include all of the future developing neighborhood located within the southern portion of the Viera development area into the same school.

Currently, no homes are under construction in the affected area. No students are affected by the proposed change.

Next Step: On November 19, 2024, the School Board will vote to approve advertising the Public Hearing/Action for final approval, which will be held in January 2025 following the advertising of the public hearing.
