Brevard After School Information

Audubon’s BAS Program

We are open 6:30 - 7:50 AM & 2:30 - 6:00 PM   

Audubon’s BAS Program will be open on school days ONLY; when the school is closed, BAS will also be closed. 

Fees

Daily Drop in School Days: $ 25.00 per day

AM - Morning Only Care: $ 38.00 weekly

PM - Afternoon Only Care: $ 65.00 weekly

AM & PM Full Time Care $ 70.00 weekly

Each additional sibling receives a 10% discount 

Registration

There are 3 ways to register, 

Option 1 - Register Online

  1. Go to Brevard After School Website

  2. Select Parent Account Management Portal

    • EZ ChildTrack Parent Portal Quick Start Guide is available

    • Parent Portal link will allow access to the registration website.

  3. The Parent Portal main page has 3 options:

    • Returning Parents Sign in – Parent already has an Email and Password to sign in to their account b. Existing Parents Sign In –

    • If your child(ren) is currently attending a BAS Program or has attended in the past but does not yet have a password, you will click a link to receive a temporary password by email. Your email should already be set up.

    • New Parents Open Account – have never had a child in our programs

  4. Once you register, you may continue to enroll in an AM Only, PM Only, or AM/PM program for your child(ren). If you are looking for other options, please see your site coordinator.

  5. Upon completion of online registration, you will need to print the BPS Opt Out/Photo Release form, found under Parent Forms on our website. Complete and submit to Sylvia. 

Option 2 - Downloadable Forms:

  1. Forms are available to download at Brevard After School Website

  2. Select Parent Forms

  3. Download Registration and BPS Opt Out/Photo Release forms a. Fill out completely, and submit to the Site Coordinator along with a current photo of each child. 

Option 3 – Registration Day

August 1, 2023 Times 8:00AM-1:00PM and 4:00PM-6:00PM
