Endeavour is the only community partnership in Brevard County. Our school offers onsite medical. dental, and onsite counseling. Being a community school we have many community partners who have helped us fund and maintain a large resource room full of clothes, shoes, household items. Endeavour supports our student with take-home weekend food packs, and a food pantry. We also offer a once a month free fresh fruit and vegetable bag from Second harvest food pantry.
Please stop in and Visit the The Hub, it is a wonderful resource as it offers even more help. Look for the portable with a big hand print. There you will find resources for housing, community groups, education, and services for parents as well.

Professional Development at Endeavour Elementary School
At Endeavour Elementary School, we are committed to providing our staff with comprehensive professional development to better support military families and enhance their educational experience. Our training programs focus on equipping educators with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate our school’s procedures tailored specifically for military families.
Key components of our professional development include insights into our Student Lead Tours, which foster connections for new military students, and information about our dedicated 5% open enrollment for military families. We emphasize the importance of special military events that celebrate and recognize the unique challenges faced by these students.
Our staff training covers a wide range of topics, including strategies to address mental health concerns, understanding Exceptional Student Education (ESE) needs, and academic planning to ensure each child receives the support they deserve. By providing our educators with these essential resources and programs, we empower them to create an inclusive, supportive, and responsive learning environment for all students, particularly those from military backgrounds.
.
Mental Health:
Endeavour has a unique relationship with children's home society. Along with Guidance counselors, social workers, we also offer on site clinical psychologists. We have on staff about 3-5 mental health professionals depending on the day. We also have mentors, volunteers, and staff that take time and work with students often becoming their personal cheerleader.
Lucille Coverdale is a part-time school counselor with us, and she is here Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. She's amazing and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to guidance.
Kalene Reidell is our full-time Children's Home Society (CHS) clinician and focuses on trauma therapies with our babies.
Anna Williamson is our part-time (but full-time in her heart!) social worker. She is here Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. She also has a social worker intern named Ashley that is here two days a week.
Lloyd Roberts is our full-time Prevention Specialist with Eckerd Connect and he does groups with 3-6th grade and is on the activity wheel for guidance.
Cassi Browning (me!) is full-time and here all week for whatever our mental health needs are!
**We also have two BHA clinicians that are here part-time in the Hub.
The Mental Health team meets every week and discuss how we can better assist the needs of the kids at Endeavour.
