As we near the close of school, students may wish to make a copy of their Google Learn or Share G Suite documents to take with them. This is especially true for graduating 6th graders transitioning from a Google Learn account to the Google Share account for their secondary years.
Students should be signed into their Google Learn account on a personal device during their export because this process involves saving a file to the device’s internal storage. Students should not save files on Brevard Schools computer hard drives as they will not have access to those once they leave.
