EPO (Education Program Opportunity)

1. Log onto the Family Dashboard: https://brevardflc.scriborder.com/family

2. New users - choose CREATE OPEN ENROLLMENT ACCOUNT if you do not have an account (please safeguard your password)

3. Complete the guardian demographic questionnaire

4. Login to the FAMILY DASHBOARD

5. Upload your PROOF OF RESIDENCY (Tier 1 and Tier 2)

6. Add your student(s) to your Open Enrollment Account

7. Complete Open Enrollment Application and submit (you will receive an order number once submitted)
