Transition Planning for Military Families
All students enrolling at the SALC participate in an individual student and family intake meeting. Through this meeting, students and families are provided a variety of information and resources to best support their student transitioning into an alternative education setting.
Transition Planning at the SALC is unique to each student. Please contact our Certified School Counselor and/or School Social Worker for more information about how we can best support your individual student.
