The document includes information about the program and an application page for students and coaches.  Please print and complete the application and return to Mrs. Carr by Friday, September 8, 2023.  

Please note:  We need adult volunteer coaches and co-coaches in order to form our teams. No experience is necessary. There will be several training sessions held throughout the school year.
