  • Collaboration Room

    • The space is ideal for small groups of students or teachers to work on a presentation or project, tutor, or meet and exchange ideas with the benefit of a shared screen. Reserve your time slot at the Media Center circulation desk.

  • Digital Video Room

    • This room is equipped with a green screen, camera/tripod, and lighting.

  • Creative Space (Game area)

    • This is a space for students to enjoy a mind break. We currently have several building sets (legos, magnet tiles, model kits), board games, origami, and puzzles.

  • Make it, Take It - Craft Room

    • This is a hands-on creative space for students to craft and design using our supplies and the Cricut machine. Students will be able to paint, color, work on projects, and design anything from greeting cards, T-shirts, and more. * Charges may apply for some materials

Procedures for Use

  • The rooms must be reserved on a first-come-first serve basis with library staff

  • You may only reserve a room for Power Hour A or Power Hour B, not both

  • Everyone using the room must be on the reservation, and there is a limit of 6 people

  • You must not eat, drink, or be disruptive. Any of those will result in a loss of privileges to be able to use the rooms at all

  • If the previous group left a mess, notify us immediately, or we will assume it was your group that made the mess

  • If the specialty areas are abused, you will no longer be able to use them
