eSports is competitive video gaming in a structured, monitored school setting.  Students will get to work with a coach/mentor/facilitator and develop the leadership characteristics necessary to succeed in team sports. During each meeting, students will work through a developed curriculum, learn strategies for Smash Brothers, Mario Kart, Mario Strikers, (and other team titles) using the Nintendo Switch, participate in healthy competitions with their peers, and develop leadership characteristics. Students will be held accountable for the following: regular school attendance, weekly club attendance, maintaining passing grades, and satisfactory marks on conduct for each grading period.
