Destination Mars is an extracurricular, team-based district competition held at the school board, which requires students to complete a series of challenges simulating living and working on the Martian landscape.
Oak Park’s Destination Mars team worked hard over a 5-month period and earned 1st place honors in the Research Pod category, and 2nd place honors in the LEGO Spike Prime Rover challenge.
