NHS applications for this school year are closed. If you are a new student moving to SHS and are a current member at your previous school, you can contact Mrs. Kinglsey, and you will be added to our chapter.

Otherwise, students will have to wait until next school year to join.

Monthly meetings for all members will be on the last Friday of the month at 8 AM in Mrs. Kingsley's room 8-135. 

Officer-only meetings will be held on the 2nd Friday of each month.

Copies of the Teacher Recommendation Form and NHS Applications are available for pick up in Mrs. Kingsley's room 8-135 before or after school. Completed NHS Applications and Forms are due by October 9th to Mrs. Kingsley.

The requirements to seek membership are as follows:

Students must be in grades 10, 11, and 12.

Students must have and maintain a 3.5 unweighted GPA.The application window is the entire month of October each fall of the new school year. Students must attend 2 meetings each semester minimum and volunteer 5 school hours each semester as well as 5 community hours each semester.
