The District is required to submit a Florida Educational Equity Act Update annually, in compliance with the Florida Educational Equity Act Implementing Rules 6A-19.001 - 19.010, to enable the Florida Department of Education's Office of Equal Educational Opportunity (OEEO) to monitor and evaluate the district's adherence to non-discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, disability or marital status, and the district's efforts and implementation plans to achieve compliance with Title IX, Title VI, Vocational Guidelines and gender equity in athletics requirements.
