Our mission is to provide for the life safety, health and welfare of the students, faculty, visitors and staff of Brevard Public Schools (BPS).  The School Board of Brevard County requires all modifications or alterations to school properties be approved prior to implementation.  Any building or site improvement shall be approved by the School Initiated Project  (SIP) process.  All projects located on School Board property require permitting.  No permit fees are charged for permitting services with BPS.

• Plan Review

• Permit Issuance

• Project Inspection

• Violation Notices for non-compliance

• Issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy (CO)

• Certificate of Completion (COC)
