With Croton's Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), students are taught expected behaviors. School-wide rewards are promoted and achieved with fun activities!
Safety patrols consist of 5th and 6th grade students who are willing to come to school early or stay late to fulfill their post duties by helping Croton students and staff.
K-Kids is a "student-led" community-service organization for elementary school students. Mrs. Harrigan is the K-Kids faculty advisor.
Mrs. Jackson leads the Chorus, Beginning Strings, Intermediate Strings, and Ensemble Programs at Croton.
5th graders get to enjoy four weeks of learning in a unique environment, with additional resources and opportunities for hands-on activities at Brevard Zoo.
Students complete 6 missions related to living and working on the moon. Tasks include coding and navigating a Spike Prime robot and creating a prototype to support exploration.
Students pick topics that pique their curiosity and test their hypotheses by creating their own experiments. They then share their experiments and the results they have found.
New World's Reading is Florida's free home literacy program that delivers book and reading activities to eligible VPK-5th graders. Learn more at newworldsreading.com.
