Nov 9- Cozy up with a Good Book! English teachers will select 3-4 students each period to quietly read in the media center!

Dec 8- SSYRA Gingerbread Houses during lunch. Students who have blogged twice will be invited!

March - Mel Fischer Traveling Museum will be visiting the DMS Media Center

March - Students who read and blogged on 3 SSYRA books will be invited to vote for their favorite, and attend the SSYRA Celebration in April! 

March 12- Last day to blog on the SSYRA Blog! 

April 17- SSYRA Celebration with Edgewood Jr/Sr High

May 1- All 8th grade student books are due

May 3- All 7th grade student books are due
