Mrs. Alison has served as a Brevard Public Schools instructional staff member since 1997.  She has been a BPS School Administrator since 2002.  She most recently served as Principal of Tropical Elementary School in Merritt Island prior to becoming Holland's Principal in 2016.  Mrs. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida Atlantic University, and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.  She believes wholeheartedly in Brevard Public Schools’ Mission Statement, “To serve EVERY student with excellence as the standard.”  Mrs. Alison is passionate about providing the highest-quality learning experiences for all students, and feels privileged to be a member of the exceptional Holland Elementary School Community.

Assistant Principal, Stacy Cirino

Mrs. Cirino has served as a Brevard Public Schools (BPS) instructional staff member since 2005. She has worked in many educational capacities for BPS throughout her career. She taught grades 5-6, served as Title 1 Math Interventionist in grades 3-6, Math Coach, Teacher on Assignment, and Title 1 Coordinator before joining Holland Elementary as the Assistant Principal in February 2023. She is a veteran of the United States Army, and worked in law enforcement for six years, which were all in a correctional institution setting. Two of those years were in an adult correctional facility and four years in a youthful offender correctional facility, which ultimately drove her decision to return to school and earn her degree in education. Mrs. Cirino holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Central Florida in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Walden University. Her goal is to provide a safe and nurturing educational learning environment that challenges Holland’s students to reach beyond their academic expectations and to become life-long learners. She believes that communication between school and home is of the utmost importance. She is beyond proud to be a member of Holland Elementary’s school family and community.
