Title I Checkout Procedures

Our Title I lending library has a large variety of academic materials available for parents to check-out to use with their children at home. If you are checking out materials such as math or reading games, children’s books, parenting books, or videos, Reading Safaris, Math Safaris, etc. you will need to complete a Title I check-out form.

Email Josena Marshall or contact your child's teacher. You will then receive a form. The form must be complete before receiving any materials.

The areas on the check-out form must be completed before materials can be sent home with students are:

  •  Parent signature

  •  Phone number

  •  Student name & teacher name

  •  Skills to work on

Once the completed form is returned to, we will gather materials to work on the skills requested and deliver. Check-out materials can be kept up to 3 weeks. All items checked-out must be returned in good working order before we can check other materials out to the student.

School & District Report Cards

The Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA), as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), requires that a Local Educational Agency prepare and disseminate an annual Local Educational Agency report card and provide information on state, local, and school performance and progress in an understandable and uniform format.

District and School grades provide an easily understandable way to measure the performance of a school. Parents and the public can use the grades and their components to understand how well each district and/or school is serving its students. District and school grades for the 2022-2023 school year serve as an Informational Baseline using the new assessment cut scores.

Use the links provided below to view either the 2022-2023 Brevard School District Report Card or Christa McAuliffe Elementary School Report Card.  If you would like a printed copy or need translation assistance, please notify the front office.
