Brevard Learners Achieving Successful Transition

  • Age Group: Designed for Exceptional Education students aged 18-22.

  • Graduation Status: Students must have met graduation requirements but deferred their diploma.

  • Student-Driven Approach: Emphasizes student involvement and choice.

  • Transitional Focus: Aims to develop independence in four key domains:

    • Independent Living

    • Vocational and Employment

    • Personal and Social

    • Recreation and Leisure
