Digital Submission for Athletic Eligibility Paperwork 2024-25

Starting May 17, 2024, parents/athletes can begin to complete the Athletic Clearance process.  This digital platform is how West Shore gets athletes eligible to participate in sports by having parents/athletes complete the eligibility forms digitally.  In order to complete this process, all student athletes need to be registered with AthleticClearance.com, and all paperwork must be completed electronically and/or uploaded in order to participate in athletics at West Shore.  All forms will be completed digitally, except for the physical (EL2) and the ECG forms, which will need to be printed, completed, scanned and uploaded to the Athletic Clearance Platform.  For instructions to complete this process, please click here: instructions

Volleyball: July 29th, 30th, and 31st from 10:00 am to noon in the gym.

Cross Country: August 5th, 6:15 am - WS soccer field - XC separate webpage: West Shore Running 

Boys and Girls Swimming: August 5th, 4:00 - 5:30 pm - Fee Ave. Pool

Girls Golf: August 13th, 4:00 pm - Harbor City Golf Course

Boys Golf: July 29th, 4:00 pm - Harbor City Golf Course

Boys and Girls Bowling: August 13th, 4:00 - 5:30 pm - Shore Lanes Palm Bay

Dance:  August 20th and 22nd, 4:00 - 6:00 pm - Gym

WINTER

Cheer:  September 30th, 3:30 - 5:45 pm - Gym

Boys and Girls Soccer: October 15th, 3:45 - 5:30 pm - soccer field

Boys Basketball JV & Varsity: October 28th, 7:15 - 9:00 pm - gym

Boys Basketball Middle School:  October 28th , 5:45 - 7:15 pm - gym

Girls Basketball All Levels:  October 28th, Time TBA - gym

SPRING

Boys Lacrosse: January 21st, 4:00 pm

Flag Football: January 27th, 3:30 - 5:00 pm on the soccer field

Girls Tennis: January 13th, 4:15 pm at the Hoover Tennis Courts

Boys Tennis:  January 13th, 4:00 pm at the Jimmy Moore Tennis Courts

Boys and Girls HS Track: January 21st, 6:15 am on the track
