1) Click on the School Board Policies and Procedures link above;
2) Click on the "Policies" tab in the upper right hand corner;
3) Select "Book:" then click drop down to "Policy Manual";
4) Click "5000 Students" and;
5) Then click po5420 or po5421.
Policy 5420 - Reporting Student Progress
Policy 5421 Grading
Elementary progress reports are issued each nine-week grading period.
Kindergarten progress reports use the following marking codes:

Transitional Kindergarten-First Grade and Grades 1 and 2 progress reports use the following marking codes:

Grades 3 - 6 progress reports use the following numerical values established by Florida Statue:

In grades K - 6, a check indicates below-grade-level performance in reading and/or math and is noted in the comment section.
