Introduction

We are the ESOL Parent Liaisons for the Brevard Public Schools, here are the different ways we can provide support to our ESOL students' parents:

  • Provide parent support

    • School Registration

    • FOCUS (Parent account, Student account, Documentation)

    • Document Completion

    • Translation

  • Increase parent and school communication

  • Notify parents of school opportunities

  • Manage ESOL Summer Program

  • Manage ESOL Tutoring Program

  • Oversee ESOL Parent Council

ESOL Overview

Our goal is to promote second language acquisition and proficiency, coupled with academic achievement, in culturally responsive learning environments.

We strive to promote equitable instructional practices and positive learning experiences for our Emerging Bilinguals and their families.
