Healthy Pregnancies, Healthy Babies®:  If you are a BPS Health Plan member, we encourage you to enroll in Cigna's Healthy Pregnancies, Healthy Babies program.  This program is designed to help you and your baby stay healthy during your pregnancy, and in the days and weeks following your baby's birth.

How can you enroll?    Call 1 (800) 615-2906 to enroll as soon as you know you are pregnant for support and education, and receive a reward from Cigna when you complete the program!

Mindfulness for Veterans:  Available for veterans, their family members and caretakers. You do not need to have BPS Health Plan coverage to take advantage of this program.  Click here for more information.

  • Cover nose and mouth with a tissue when coughing or sneezing

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water; if soap and water are not available, use hand sanitizer

  • Clean and disinfect surfaces and objects that may be contaminated with germs

  • Avoid sharing food and drink with others
