Complete online application via FOCUS Account--includes two current proofs of residency (tier 1 and tier 2 see district website)

2 Teacher Recommendations:  When an application is opened, parents will be required to download and print 2 recommendation forms.  The student applicant will give this to his/her CURRENT English and Math teachers. The TEACHER will send the recommendation back to B. Sweeney at KMS.

Student Handwritten Essay:  Please address the following prompt--"Why am I interested in the Cambridge Programme?"  Explain what you hope to learn from the program, and how you think it will help you to be a better student.  This is to be HANDWRITTEN and a MINIMUM of 100 words--you may write more!!

Test Data--most recent FAST Reading and Math PM 3 2025 scores (student must be at FAST level 3 or higher in reading and math in order to apply)

2024-2025 end-of-year report card

2025-2026 1st semester report card (this includes the grades for BOTH the 1st AND 2nd 9 weeks)
