Brevard Public Schools requires all student athletes to follow the athletic clearance process prior to any tryouts or participation in athletics on campus.

If you are new, you will need to create an account in Home Campus.  Once the account is created, the student-athlete will keep the same account throughout your junior/senior high school career.  As a returner, you will sign in and update your account with updated documents, certificates and signatures. So keep your username and password for future use.

• EL2 - Physical Form (NEW for 2024-2025, must be filled out by a physician AND signed by both the student AND a parent/guardian)

• ECG - Waiver Form (required for all incoming students)

• Parent Permission and Responsibility Statement for Off Campus Extra-Curricular Athletics

Students must have all  paperwork uploaded and approved on Home Campus (Athletic Clearance) before participating in any athletic activities.
