Below are the important dates and information for Homecoming Week!

Homecoming Nominations will take place on Wednesday 10/2 and Thursday 10/3 during all 3 lunches.
Homecoming Tickets will be on sale starting Friday 10/4 at 4 PM until sold out.
Homecoming Court Voting will take place on Friday 10/11 during all 3 lunches.
Homecoming Spirit Week is 10/15 — 10/18 (Monday is a student holiday). Spirit Days TBA.​
Homecoming Game is 10/18 at 7 PM at the SHS Stadium
Homecoming Dance is 10/19; 7-11 PM in the SHS Courtyard


Two forms MUST be completed and all obligations must be paid off to attend:

  1. General Permission Form

  2. Homecoming Permission Form

The General Permission Form for school wide events was available at Registration and you may already have a completed one on file.

Homecoming Permission Forms must be signed and submitted in order to purchase tickets. We will begin collecting forms at lunch on Wednesday, 10/2 and will stop collecting on Wednesday, 10/16. Forms turned in for Homecoming MUST be turned in during lunch ONLY. Please do NOT turn in your forms to a teacher, the front office, or guidance. This will delay your ability to purchase your ticket! (Only the Homecoming Form Collectors at Lunch have the ability to update your eligibility status to purchase tickets. Attempting to turn in your form elsewhere outside of the designated time and location will result in a delay.)

Homecoming tickets can be purchased via the Satellite High GoFan Page starting Friday, 10/4 at 4 PM by students who have signed and turned in both forms. The direct link to the Homecoming Ticket is https://gofan.co/event/1732524?schoolId=FL1681 but will not be accessible until 10/4 at 4 PM and ONLY to students who are eligible.

Both forms must be submitted in order for you to be eligible to purchase a ticket. Students will NOT be sent a link to purchase their tickets. Please access the link above after 4 PM to purchase once you are deemed eligible. For students who turn in their forms after Friday, 10/4, you will be able to purchase your ticket after 4 PM on that day, i.e. Thorpe the Scorp turns in both forms signed on Tuesday, 10/8 during lunch and has no obligations, so he will be able to go to the SHS GoFans page and purchase his ticket on Tuesday, 10/8 after 4 PM.

The total cost per ticket is $32.50.

Homecoming tickets will remain on sale through 10/18, as long as tickets remain available. Remember, all obligations must be settled prior to your name being placed in the eligible category to purchase.


Things to Consider:

Tickets for the event will be digital. When purchasing the ticket, the email of the one purchasing is the one the tickets are emailed to. Students should not try and use a printed GoFan ticket to enter the event. This will not be accepted.

Parents: If you are inputting your emails, please make sure to forward the email to your student so they are able to access them. You can also download the app and create a GoFan account and your student can log in via their phone's web browser or via the app to access the tickets you purchase.

Student Doesn't Have A Smart Phone? If your student does not have a smart phone and purchased a ticket for the event, there are several options they can choose from. 

  1. Using a friend's mobile device, they can log into the GoFan account used to purchase the ticket and check in upon arrival.

  2. They can forward the confirmation email with the link to their ticket to a trusted friend they plan on attending Homecoming with who will have a smart phone.

  3. They can forward the confirmation email with the link to their ticket to their parent's email (or use the parent email when purchasing the ticket) and the parent can walk up to the door with their student to check in via their smart phone.
