James Captain has been awarded the Navy’s 4 year ROTC Scholarship valued at $180,000. He has decided to attend Embry Riddle University where he will study Aeronautical Engineering with a focus on Drone Aviation. Upon graduation, James will be commissioned as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps.
