Megan Fernandez, the art teacher at Tropical Elementary, ignited a creative revolution within her fifth and sixth-grade students by spearheading an art club aimed at beautifying Tropical's school campus. With paintbrushes and passion in hand, the students embarked on a journey to transform the outdoor cafe into an exciting new space filled with vibrant murals. Through this hands-on experience, students learned invaluable lessons in responsibility and ownership, instilling a sense of pride in their school.
