Principal Message

Stevenson Families,

I hope this message finds you well and ready for a wonderful weekend. I am thrilled to share that Kindness Week was a tremendous success! Our students participated in numerous acts of kindness around the school and community, truly embodying the spirit of compassion and generosity.

The collections for the SPCA and homeless shelters were incredible, with bins overflowing thanks to your generous contributions. Additionally, the residents at the Senior Living Facility were overjoyed by the beautiful Valentine's cards our students made for them. It was heartwarming to see our students practicing the golden rule: "Do unto others as you would like done unto you."

Looking ahead, the student and family survey will be opening soon. If your child is in 5th or 6th grade, please remember to complete the permission form in Focus for your child to participate. Simply log into Focus, and it should be the first thing that appears.

With the weather warming up, we remind our students to adhere to the uniform policy. This includes having all shirts tucked in at all times and wearing a belt if the uniform bottoms have belt loops. Starting next week, students will receive uniform violations for non-compliance, as Mrs. Wehrly and I have been reminding everyone this week.

Lastly, our Parent Volunteer Fundraising Board has open positions available for the 2025-2027 school years. If you are interested, please click the link below to view the open positions and let us know if you would like to join the team. https://forms.gle/sFK92SiFjYL1UwdUA The two open positions are the Parent Liaison Coordinator (PALS) and the Secretary. All nomination forms must be submitted by no later than March 21, 2025.

Thank you for your continued support and involvement in our school community. Have a wonderful weekend!

Sincerely,

Mrs. Fleeger
