Keeping with the fast pace of accelerated learning and exploring concepts of Geologic History, Dr. Alexander's Accelerated Sciences were in the lab demonstrating radiometric dating. They simulated the process of radioactive isotopes breaking down. We compared and averaged data to complete lab reflections.

7th graders in Dr. Alexander's science class have begun to explore the conditions of plate tectonics and the occurrence of convection currents. Students conducted an exploratory observation of heat contributes to the movement of convection currents.
