Stone Culinary students had a great time visiting Palm Bay Magnet High School's culinary program on a field trip today. Chef Ho and his sous chef's were so hospitable! They learned how to make potstickers, proper cleaning and sanitizing of a kitchen, and of course, how to box and prepare take out! As a parting gift, Chef Ho gave all the students aprons! What a fantastic experience and fantastic program at PBMHS! Thank you for hosting Stone!
